Meet GrainFrac

We’re pioneering sustainable, affordable, and superior plant-protein ingredients to improve the way plant-based foods and beverages are made.

Our process

What We Do

We partner with growers and food and beverage companies to improve the cost, functionality (taste, texture, solubility, etc.) and sustainability of plant-proteins.

Our Patent & Patent Pending Technology

We’ve developed proprietary processes for separating and concentrating grains and pulses into highly functional ingredients (isolates, concentrates and co-product streams: starch and fibre) more sustainably with notably less resources (water and energy).
